HiveFire to Host "Minute To Win It - Curation Edition" Event During FutureM
Cambridge, Mass. - September 8, 2011 - With marketers from around the globe prepared to descend on Boston in anticipation of FutureM, HiveFire, Inc., the content marketing solutionprovider and maker of Curata, today revealed details for the event it is hosting, Minute to Win It - Curation Edition. The game show-inspired event is scheduled to take place on Thursday, Sept. 15 at the offices of Hill Holliday, located at 53 State Street in Boston. Cocktails and networking begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the formal program at 7:00 p.m.
Playing off the same format as the popular television game show, contestants will each have 60 seconds to answer audience-generated questions about content curation-the process of finding, organizing and sharing online content. MarketingProfs' managing editor Matt Grant will emcee the evening, and The Boston Globe's assistant business editor, Michael Warshaw, will judge the contestants after each round. HiveFire assembled some of the brightest minds in the space to face off, including:
- Pawan Deshpande, CEO, HiveFire
- Mike Dyer, Senior Vice President and Co-Director of Content, Hill Holliday
- Chuck Eberl, CMO, Connance
- One audience contestant that will be selected from attendees at the event
The winner will not only be named the Content Curation King of FutureM, but also receive a donation in his or her name to a local charity of choice.
